Delivery charges
Shipping is free with an order of $100.00 or more for Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and Colombia -British
(Exception of Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territory with flat fee of $20 plus tax)
The total amount of the purchase must be $100.00 or more after discount and before applicable taxes. The delivery amount will be automatically deducted from any applicable order at checkout.
For an order with a value of less than $100, a fixed fee is required.
For Quebec, New Brunswick, Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, the fixed fee is $10 plus taxes.
For Alberta, British Columbia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island the fixed fee is $15 plus tax
For Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories, the flat fee is $20 plus tax
If the order cannot be delivered due to an address error or the package is not claimed at the Canada Post office, the package will be returned to us by the carrier.
All returned orders will be refunded minus the shipping and handling costs for the outward and return journey charged to us by the carrier (we will charge you the amount that Canada Post will charge us for the return of your package), they will be at your expense.
We will NOT be able to reship them provided you repay the glass shipping to you.
** There may be additional charges depending on the product where the delivery must be made and also depending on the weight and size of the shipment.

The delivery will be carried out by sensationsplus.com as soon as possible after the acceptance of your order according to the availability of the products in inventory.
We strive to always keep all of our products in stock to give you the best shipping time possible. For all orders received, you can expect same day or next day shipment from our warehouse.
The delivery time is evaluated from the moment the products leave the Sensations Plus warehouse at Canada Post. As we have no control over the delay caused by transport depending on your region, we will always do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible.
Generally your order will leave the same day before 4:00 p.m. or the next day at the same time.
You will usually receive your package within 1-7 business days.
For major centers in Quebec and Ontario: 1 to 3 business days
Rest of Canada: 3 to 7 business days
When you order before 3:30 p.m. your package is dispatched the same day of your order or the following day with the exception of public holidays and weekends.
Deliveries are made every day from Monday to Friday, except weekends and holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed the same day and ship on Monday. There is no delivery service on weekends.
Your order will be shipped to you by Canada Post. You can track the delivery of your package online on the Canada Post website using the tracking number that you will receive by email when your order is shipped.
Be sure to check your junk mail, the email could be there.
For orders over $100 a signature may be required, the package can be redirected to the Canada Post office in your area.

Is the shipping discreet?
Yes! All orders are plain packaged and shipped discreetly in white boxes or envelopes so no one will know what's inside your package.
No words related to the content will appear on the package.
What do you use as a shipping address?
All orders are shipped and invoiced under our address and business number, no logo or name of the Sensations Plus company is registered.
You are then guaranteed to receive your purchases with maximum discretion, no one will know the nature of your package except you.
Clearance
We are a Quebec company, we have our own warehouse and we source ourselves from our various distributors in Canada, the United States, China, Spain and France.
Being a Quebec company, all our packages are shipped from Quebec to Gatineau. Therefore, there is no customs duty to pay, nor any chance that your package will be detained or inspected at customs.
So no surprise awaits you upon receipt of your package!
