Delivery times depend on your location in Canada.

For same-day shipping ordered before 3 p.m.

Discreet shipping is important to many of us. The shipping label will simply indicate your address and our Canada INC no information about the nature of the store will be written. Some orders can be packed in bubble envelopes or boxes.

Delivery is free for orders over 99 $ (before tax and after application of the promo code), otherwise the cost is only 10 $ plus tax.

We ship via Canada Post. Once your order has been processed, a Canada Post link will be sent to you.

Our system will not retain orders with out-of-stock items.

Any unavailable items will be removed from your order, charges will be refunded and you will receive an email notification.

If you no longer wish to receive the order, we suggest that you mark the package as Returned to Sender and reject the order upon delivery.

If the package comes back to us, we will refund the order less the delivery costs (the non-refunded delivery costs are the costs in force at Canada Post.)

Return and Refund

Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell, we cannot return or exchange any toys and products purchased unless they are defective. It is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.

Any item designed to come in contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and therefore cannot be returned.

If an item is found to be defective within 10 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. The item must not have been used for an exchange or refund.
