Refund and return
Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell and for reasons of hygiene, we cannot return or exchange purchased toys and products unless they are faulty. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.
Any item designed to come into contact with any part of the body or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and therefore cannot be returned.
Before shipping a package, we carefully check and inspect each product ordered before shipping to ensure that it does not show any signs of visible or mechanical defect, that it is in good working order and in good condition. In addition, packages are sent in appropriate packaging to eliminate the risk of breakage during transport with Canada Post.
For battery powered products, they are checked and tested to make sure it is functional and we include the batteries absolutely free with the products. For refillable products, we test them unless sealed in security packaging.
Product dissatisfaction is not a valid reason for a return or refund. Unfortunately, the very personal and hygienic nature of our products means that we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee. Sales are final, since following a return we cannot resell the product, it ends up in the trash directly.
Other than a defect and according to the criteria mentioned above, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.

Defective products
Given the nature of the products we sell, you will understand that we cannot accept exchanges unless the item you have purchased is faulty.
If an item proves to be defective within 10 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item or a credit in the form of a gift certificate usable in store and online.
Damage caused by customers is not the responsibility of Sensations Plus.
Please click here to contact us to tell us about the problem and the nature of the defect. Following receipt of your request, we will promptly inform you of the procedure to follow and the instructions for returning the product to us.
When emailing regarding a defect, please provide the following information, your order number, which can be found at the top corner of your invoice, along with your name and the nature of the defect.
You will then be asked for video or photo proof of the problem.
Once the defective item is received in our warehouse, we will examine it carefully. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We will promptly send you a new replacement free of charge once the return is received and processed.
The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable.
Any returned item must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if there are batteries, cords, remote control, unused warranty cards, instructions, etc. Any returned item that is not complete will not be replaced.
*If the item is not defective, you should pay the shipping costs to get it back!
** We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return. You are responsible for any loss and damage that occurs during the shipping of your return package.

Cancelation
In the event of cancellation, it is important to note that your order must not have left our warehouse with Canada Post, otherwise we will no longer be able to cancel it. Of more, our orders normally leave the same day from 4 p.m., see the next day from 4 p.m. with a very fast service.
To cancel an order, call or email us, make sure you have your order number and name ready.
If your order has not left the premises, we can proceed to a cancellation without problem.
If it has left the premises and you no longer wish to receive your order, refuse delivery when it arrives at your home, the postman will send it back to us immediately. Note that delivery and handling costs for the outward and return journey will be at your expense and that you must notify us.
If you accept your order when it arrives, no cancellations or refunds can be made due to the very hygienic nature of our products.
No order can be modified, on the other hand if your order has not left the premises where we have a certain flexibility, since our service is fast we suggest that you call us or write us an email with your request, your name and order number.
